At Loved Twice Bridal, we curate high-quality pre-owned luxury gowns and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your selected piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a streamlined return process to ensure your bridal journey remains stress-free.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select your order within 48 hours of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Gown
Ensure the gown is in its original condition, unworn and unaltered, with all designer tags and security seals still firmly attached.
Ship It Back
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your approval email to send the item back to our studio.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our bridal experts verify the gown's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a restocking fee, within 7-10 business days.
